Throughout my career, I’ve always been drawn to something deeper than just technique: the connection food creates between people. Whether it’s a beautifully plated dish or a comforting bite that reminds someone of home, food tells a story — and I’ve made it my mission to tell mine, one plate at a time.
Some years ago, I launched my own food business. While the quality was there, I faced challenges many small business owners know too well — low visibility, limited sales, and the uphill battle of doing everything alone. Despite the setback, the experience only strengthened my drive. I learned, I adapted, and most importantly, I never lost my passion.
Now, I’m back — with a refined vision, renewed energy, and a clear goal:
